My 4th grader daughter has received
math tutoring from Comfort Zone Tutoring
for a month and a half now. Her grades
and attitude towards math already are
improving and I am very please with
her progress.
I was very picky about who would
tutor my child. I liked that Patricia,
the president, came to my home to interview
my daughter. Based on that interview,
she was able to hand pick a tutor who
could not only help my daughter in math,
but who would match up with my daughter’s
personality. I also like that I didn’t
have to sign up for a certain number
of sessions or subject my daughter to
a bunch of assessment tests.
My daughter’s tutor comes to our
house once a week, looks over her school
work and tests, works with her on areas
of difficulty, and spends time preparing
her for any upcoming tests. Her tutor
is working with the school curriculum
and explaining it in a way that my daughter
is getting it. She gives her one-on-one
time she so desperately needs in math,
but does not often get in a class of
34 kids.
BOTTOM LINE : I highly recommend
Comfort Zone Tutoring if you are looking
for reasonable, convenient, quality
tutoring for your child.

We absolutely LOVE Cathy
– but most importantly, she is a great
personality fit for our daughter. Ella.
How did you do it! Ella is responding
so well to Cathy, and in fact each Tuesday
evening she readies the table with supplies,
and Cathy’s ice-water (complete with
straw is not forgotten). In short our
daughter looks forward to her tutoring
sessions.
As a teacher I can tell you that
before the learning begins the student
must be engaged and empowered to know
that he/she has the ability to overcome
any educational obstacles.
Really Patricia, “Bravo” to you for
helping us in our quest to help Ella
get her confidence back. We’re not about
grades – we are about learning!
I would have no hesitation in recommending
your fine company! Thank you.

Comfort Zone Tutoring,
We have been using your tutoring
service for over a year now and our
son who suffers with ADHD has benefited
enormously.
Jonathan now looks forward to his
sessions with his tutor Brett and they
have developed a kind of Uncle Nephew
relationship. Brett is clever enough
to keep the sessions moving. He is known
to give Jonathan a little break when
he becomes a bit edgy and will talk
about things happening in school. It
gives just enough time to break the
session (1.5 hrs) before guiding Jonathan
back to his homework. This works, and
my husband and I are quite delighted
at the marked improvement, both in grades
and in attitude.
We feel quite fortunate to have found
your service, thank you.

To CZT,
Just thought we should let you know
that Bianca came top in her Math class
again today with 97%. She was very thrilled
and so are we. Her confidence has grown
enormously over the months and she now
puts her hand up in class since she
knows she has the right answer. This
has really improved her confidence and
she is no longer the shy little girl
you interviewed several months ago.
She absolutely loves her tutor , what
a good fit for our little girl.
We have already recommended you to
several of our friends.

Dear Patricia,
Just want to let you know that we
are giving Jessie a summer break but
will be back in the fall. We thought
you might be amused to know that she
complained that she has to wait until
then as she looks forward to her tutoring
sessions with Jackie.
We have seen an enormous improvement
in both Math and English. She has raised
her grades and since your tutors communicate
with her school teachers, everyone is
on the same page which is quite impressive.
Jessie has received tutoring in the
past but this has worked for her whereas
before we did not see such great improvement.

Recently we called Comfort Zone Tutoring
to help our 10th grade son do a crash
course for an upcoming exam in chemistry.
Just want you to know that on glancing
at the exam questions he was greatly
re-assured. In fact he came home and
told us “It was easy I knew all the
answers”.
We had very intensive 20 sessions
with your tutor, but it looks like it
paid off. Please thank Christopher for
his patience and for having the skills
to explain things one-on-one with Brian.
We will not hesitate to call you again
when needed.

My mother who is 61 years of age
decided she would like to learn the
computer when her grandchildren teased
her about getting in the groove. At
first she was not too keen, although
did see the advantage of being able
to e-mail her children and grandchildren.
At first she enrolled in a local college
but did not feel comfortable in a class
setting. That is when we decided to
try a one-on-on teaching session for
her in our home,( because she does not
own a computer), and we called your
company. You sent a very sweet college
graduate Julie, (who really understood
the need for her not to be left out
of the loop). After 1.5 hours a week
(8 weeks ago), what happened? not only
does Mother now receive and send out
e-mails but has requested a Lap-Top
for her 62nd birthday. We all really
like your style Comfort Zone Tutoring,
have you thought of developing programs
for senior citizens? It seems to us
that it would be a great hobby for retirees.
Thank you.

Dear Comfort Zone Tutoring, you sent
a Comment Card for us to answer, in
order to assess satisfaction with your
service. We are so delighted with our
results that we thought you need more
than that. Our son recently moved to
S.California from another State and
found that the curriculum was far advanced
of the one he had been doing. His morale
was low and he felt uncomfortable in
class and would not ask questions. After
calling a few tutoring services and
leaving messages, we were lucky enough
to speak with your president, Patricia.
She was very empathetic and paid a visit
to us at home. After a few questions
and a very easy consultation, we decided
to use your service. Particular attention
was paid to finding the right tutor
for our son. Mingh turned out to be
exactly what our son Raymond needed,
and a program was made to teach him
in a way that would suit his learning
style. To cut a long story short, it
works, his grades are good and Raymond
is actually enjoying his tutoring /mentoring,
thanks.
